[Naver Entertainment] Star Cast: Investigating EXO Part 1

EXO is the hottest boy group nowadays. 1 year and 5 months after debut, they are yet accustomed to the title 'Rookies'. However recently they grew up rapidly  to the next-generation idol stars with 'Wolf' and 'Growl' which hit consecutive two home runs. Any where they go they are proving that they are among the trend with so many fans following them.

They are even special from their births. EXO is Korean-Chinese twin group. They are divided into Korea centered group EXO-K and China centered group EXO-M and activates separately. It is the form of activating at each country singing respectively Korean version and Chinese version of the same title song. Once in a while they transform into unite in which all twelve of them are gathered, emitting extraordinary attractions.

However, we do know EXO but unfamiliar with each member. Most of all, 12 which is the number of the members works as an obstacle. Unless you are not their fan, it is hard to grasp each member's attractions. So I took this out. That is 'Investigating EXO'. I divided it into 'EXO who we knows' verses 'EXO who they say they are' and discussed into Basic+Advanced courses.

1. SUHO

▶Who: SUHO, real name Kim Junmyeon. He was in charge of holy character at the early time of their debut which made him to be called as nickname 'Jun-men' which is a compound word of 'Junmyeon+Amen'.

▶Where: Born on 22nd of May 1991, 22 years old. Graduated from Gangnam 8 schools district (it's just a group of high schools where many middle school students want to get in), played some roles at the student council such as a school vice president. He was a student of Korea National University of Arts (it is one of the best arts schools in Korea), majored in acting and was called 'Son of mother's friend' (a phrase used to describe a 'superb student').

▶When: Entered SM Entertainment in 2005. He is the icon of sincerity in SM who firmly withstood his long trainee days.

▶What: Leader and lead vocal of EXO-K. Has stable vocal ability. Also, he is full of leadership. He is known to buy something to eat to the members at any time.

KAI says SUHO is: Golden Retriever if he was an animal. He is cute and nice but he is also an exemplary and reliable brother who always takes care of us.

KRIS->SUHO: A member who I want to request to by some food for me

XIUMIN->SUHO: Always our leader

CHANYEOL->SUHO: He looks perfect but actually he is quite a dum-dum which makes him more attractive.

BEAKHYEON->SUHO: Really nice and exemplary leader. A brother who is like a textbook cause there are many things to learn from him.

D.O.->SUHO: Precious leader

TAO->SUHO: Mom who I love

CHEN->SUHO: He looks perfect but lacks 2% which makes him more cute perfectionist.

LUHAN->SUHO: He does well to me

SEHUN->SUHO: A brother who I call when I have some troubles. There are some times when he can not give any solutions but I keep calling him. lol lol

▶SUHO's keywords which are seen through the rolling papers: 'Leader', 'Son of mother's friend' and 'dum-dum'. There were many talks regarding the leader's role-theory. 6 members of KAI, XIUMIN, LAY, BAEKHYEON, D.O., TAO commented him as 'the best leader'.

Most of all, one fact that is newly known through the rolling papers is that he is 'dum-dum'. Chanyeol, Chen, Suho commented his dum-dumness. It is concretely revealed by the youngest Sehun's talk.
